Returns & Exchanges


We will gladly accept returns that are unworn, unwashed, fragrance/smoke-free condition with the original tags attached for store credit only. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.

For Domestic orders, all returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

For International orders, You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. Unfortunately we cannot give you store credit on duties, taxes or shipping charges. 

Return Shipping Address is available upon request.


Credit will not be issued for the following:

  • Orders placed with a discount code and/or gift card
  • All accessories (including belts, hats+hair, sunglasses, scarves, bags, fragrance & soap ).
  • All jewelry
  • All bodysuits, undergarments, leggings, hosiery
  • All sale items


Store/Exchange credit are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed.

Your store credit will be emailed to you in a form of a code.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return package as Sweet Rebel is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

There is a 25% restocking fee for packages that are "Returned to Sender". 25% will be deducted off your total order (excluding original shipping charge) then be refunded to you.


For Domestic US exchanges orders, we will send you your new exchange order with complimentary standard shipping if the item is still available. Your new exchange order’s standard shipping fee will be refunded when we process your return package. Only orders with standard shipping are eligible.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
